With mono being as new as it is, it is likely that you will have some problems with installation. The following are some ideas to help you out in a bind:
See the Ximian Bugzilla page to find out if there is a bug report about your specific issue.
Read this document. If it does not solve your problem, we want to know about it. Please send a message to the email address listed for feedback at the beginning of the document.
Visit the mono mailing lists' archives and do a little research in there for threads talking about the problem you have.
If you still cannot correct the problem, send a message to the mono list. When you do this, please be as precise as possible--i.e. mention the system you are running, the version of mono that you have the problem with, and give any error codes and other output that might appear.
